We listed our home in Oregon from Arizona but had concerns about snow blocking the driveway, leaves in the courtyard and the home being too cold. Silvia shoveled snow, cleaned the courtyard, and turned up the heat before and after each showing. Then, she sold our million plus home in three days! Second time she has represented us. When we finally did decide to sell, Silva came right over and began the process. She arranged for videos, photos, and kept us fully informed. She answered all our questions promptly. She respected our safety regarding COVID and when the house went on the market, it sold the next day.
